Tazeen Ahmad is a British television and radio presenter and reporter. She used to present the Channel 4 late-night discussion programme on Islamic issues called Shariah TV[1] and has been an investigative reporter for Channel 4's Dispatches.

Ahmad is an experienced broadcaster who has presented and reported for programmes right across the BBC on radio and television. She has been a reporter in news and in current affairs in radio on 5 Live and on Radio 4, World Service[2] and the Hot Breakfast show on the BBC Asian Network[3] on weekends.
She is also an experienced TV reporter and has reported on BBC One's Election night, and other BBC documentaries, as well as NBC News.[4] She was also a presenter of 60 Seconds[5] and The 7 O'Clock News on BBC Three for several years.[6] Having been brought up a Muslim,[1] she has also covered many stories about Muslims in the United Kingdom and abroad.
Ahmad has also made a number of documentaries for Channel 4's Dispatches programme[7][8] and BBC's Inside Out.[9]
Ahmad released her first book in August 2009 The Checkout Girl (published by The Friday Project/Harper Collins)[10] Ahmad's account is of six months she spent working 'undercover' as a real checkout assistant in English supermarkets.[11]
